Environmental health and safety for our operations and the neighboring community are as important and strategic to Firefly Energy as is our innovative technology. The personal safety and health of every Firefly Energy employee is of the utmost importance. We maintain an environmental health and safety program that complies with or exceeds applicable laws. 

To be successful, such a program must instill the proper attitudes toward injury and illness prevention not only on the part of management, but also between each employee and his or her co-workers.  Only through such a cooperative effort can an effective safety program, in the best interests of all, be established and preserved. Accordingly, compliance with the Firefly Energy Health and Safety Program by all employees and visitors to Firefly is a necessary and important part of working for or with Firefly Energy. We continue to educate and train our employees on environmental health and safety practices with the important goal of preventing illness and injury due to workplace conditions

From our highly trained Safety Committee that reviews all environmental health and safety policies, to the equipment and facilities design to support operations, the Company has invested, and will continue to invest resources to support a healthy and safe environment.
